the voice of optimus prime

oh my god! stevie (you know the guy who made Jurassic park) emailed me the other day asking me to be the voice acter his next big movie featuring transformers. I am going to be the voice of optimus prime, no less! I am thrilled by the idea but that means alot more work for me as well.. I would expect him to burden with all that complex 3d animation and special effects (like those I did for ol' george in the starwars series). I never did approve of anakin that young brat.. actually I was offered his role but rejected it cause I did not want so much publicity, gotta give ol' george some credit.

Ha.. today I booted up 10 different OSes just for fun!.. Of course I found mac osx too limited.. Can't do those things that I made possible in Rynux. (Rynux is my own take on linux, it offers true 64bit support and lots more.. it can encode 1TB of video files from uncompressed AVI to ryvid (my new video encoding format, better than xvid by 400% and smaller by 1822%) in 2.3 secs, provided you are using the latest AMD Ryno64 processor. Email me for the source code, I would want to do my part in educating the next generation of IT elites.. but first you have to catch while I'm at home.

I finally received my commission in the new bible I was supposed to write.. Its more accurate as I had direct connections with the pope and vatican city. The new NRC (new Rye Cheng) version will hit stores as you read this. Be prepared for the new insights it will offer you.. and maybe one day you will become almost as divine as I am. Ha.. just being modest as usual. Who would like to boast.. I hate those people who always talk big and don't deliver, unlike me!

downlaod frenzy

Wow! Unbelievable! One of my friends who work in western digital offered to sell me 4 500GB (not released in the market yet) harddisks for a low price of $40 apiece! I bought them immediately of course.. Now I have a whopping 2 Terabytes of space.. but sadly they are filling up fast. Thats because I download so much.. (I got hooked up to a preliminary 15000kbps cable line only for beta testing by my friend working in the cable internet company here) I am running out of space storing all those anime I download. They come in faster than I can watch them! :( thats why I only watched about 2% of what I download.. I watch them like 19 hours a day and still the ratio remained below 5%. Sigh.. harddisks so full of next gen OSes and movies/anime/music/younameit that I have to go simlim to order 750 Dvds... you know the uncle sandwiched between the 3rd and the 4th floor shop? I go there to buy because I know him.. always give me very good rates. I programmed his shop's cataloging system and fixed up the network for him.. ha.. thats why you must always be nice to people then they will know you.. but now I usually just get noticed for all the previous work I've done. I believe 98% of Singapore's computer systems are handled by me at some point.

Tired xia!.. I need to sleep liao.. did so much again today. Just reverse engineered the entire osx 10.2 (even before apple did their own conversion of code to x86, I've done it) More on that in the next post..

Prot.on vs. the world

Have you driven a proton? Its like the best car ever made.. for the money. They make such good and powerful cars I have to give it to them. That time my cousin bought a proton wira and in just one day he made it perform better than a stock evo. I gave him input as of what parts to change and stuff.. and it worked beautifully. I mean I personally programmed the ECU so that it would work wonders.. 0-100km/h in just 1.2 seconds, no more! Haha.. I bet you guys wouldn't know how to make an ECU work wonders like that. Well the next time you can look for me. I can provide services.. I know so many car garage uncles around the globe it wouldn't matter where you are. I designed half of the GPS satallites orbitiing around the globe so I can always locate you easily. Oh did I mention that I had a stint in NASA too?... thats another story for another mintue.

went evodrivin..

I was visiting my cousin in malaysia when out of the blue, he asked me, hey rye do you wanna test my spanking new evo? I said yes of course, I deserved it since I helped him with his new supercomputer - I ordered parts directly from the labs in US. They had it shipped to me first class as a compliment for my services rendered to them while doing nano chip technology research. At least they are grateful.. Well anyway back to the evo. I was powerslidin', going fast on the straights.. wow it was overwhelming in general. The speed and handling was superb! But of course it didn't beat the pagani zonda I drove while visiting my Italian uncle, who coincidentally also has a computer built by me. Haha.. well if anyone wants to mod their cars here you guys can look for me.. I have plenty of experience.. although I failed my driving test twice here in singapore but thats because they couldn't fathom my speed and handling they had to fail me. Damn those pesky incompetent testers.. they harbour strong inferiority complex.

what a week!

My first post - technically. I actually was running a super popular mmorpg server last time and was treated like god.. too bad I was tied up with developing software at microsoft with dear Billy I was forced to shut down my server for quite some time. Many people came begging me to restart it but I said no. Suicides were reported.. sigh. This week I was running around the whole of Singapore setting up networks here and there, bringing in laptops and pdas and helping my friends fix up their computers. How tiring! I was out for an entire week, didn't even have time to go home. Stayed at my friends' houses throughout. They even ferried me around mostly in a bmw 7 series (the 745i no less!). It was comfortable, with all that seat massagers! One of them, David, even offered to let me drive it home and to camp. But I rejected him as I wanted to try Peter's Rollsroyce he promised after I help him bring in his laptop. Because of my helpful nature, I don't actually charge them for any of my services.. because of that, even George Bush owes me favours.. (he's first on my quick dial btw.. anyone needs a green card can ask me).
